Attack of the animated emails
Here are four of eight animated emails Horchow has sent me in the last eight days. (13-21st May) My inbox felt like it was under siege. Horchow is abusing their customers trust by over-sending. Including animation in every email adds to the aggressive feel of the series. They are clearly more concerned with short term sales goals than providing customer value.
