We created a hybrid responsive modular system for messaging app Tango. Notifications, new feature announcements, a newsletter and welcome email flow were some of the priority use cases. Tango was given a lot of design flexibility with just eleven modules. The email design system also included an exploration of mobile phone skin styles, settling on the light stroke outline you see in the welcome series below.
