| Spring is just around the corner and we've decided it's the perfect time to let you in on our considerable "spring cleaning" project. In the coming months, we will be focusing on redesigning our 536 guest rooms, meeting and event space, and soon after, our outdoor areas and first-floor restaurant and lounges will follow suit to reflect the business needs, lifestyle comforts and functionality of today's travelers. |

| Each floor of our 14-story property will be targeted individually in phases, allowing day-to-day businesses to operate as usual. Each guest room will be outfitted with vibrant new color palettes and contemporary designs and our social spaces will follow suit. We're eager to welcome business, social and leisure guests to their new stylish escape. |
