This book, by Steven Pressfield, was pivotal for me in the early Baremetrics days. Patrick Vlaskovits recommended it to me (demanded may be a better word) when I kept making excuses for why Baremetrics wasn't bigger already. It literally changed the game for me.
This should be required reading for any Founder, especially in the early days. It's also a quick read (I read it on 2-hour flight).

Guy Kawasaki has been around the block many times. He's had his hand in a lot of different ventures, written a dozen books and, whether you agree with everything he says or not, he's likely just got more experience than you do with life in general (as tends to happen with age).
So, it's worth listening to what he has to say.
